The Art of Work-Life Balance

Why Do I Need A Work-Life Balance?

One-third of workers report high levels of stress, and if you’re part of that percentage, you’re not going to want to miss this!

Australians are working harder than ever for more hours than ever before. Millions of people are guilty of taking on too many projects, saying “yes” to too many things, and ending up in a perpetual state of stress that leaves them with no room to take care of themselves properly.

The compounding stress from the never-ending workday is hurting us. It’s hurting our relationships with loved ones, it’s harming our health, and affecting our overall happiness.

Luckily, we’re beginning to realize, as a society, that this endless cycle of work-related stress is taking a toll. As a result, many employers and organizations are starting to implement ways to help their employees create work-life balance.

What Can You Teach Me?

I’ve been researching and teaching people about work-life balance for years, and each time, people are surprised by how simple it is to make big differences just by implementing small changes!

I understand that “work-life balance” means something different to everyone, but I also understand that we all have one thing in common: We’re realizing that we’re in a bit too deep, and we’d like to do something to get out from under the waves of stress that our jobs have brought into our lives.

During this webinar, I’ll be sharing with you:
-How to take the first steps in creating a healthy work-life balance, from scratch.
-Studies that show WHY maintaining work-life balance is crucial to your health.
-Ways to say “goodbye” to extra, unnecessary stress.
-Tactics for balancing work and parenthood.
-Why work-life balance is good for employers, too.
-And much more!
